SGS in the Philippines will participate in the 13th Technical Forum and exhibition of the Philippine Coal Plant Users’ Group (PCPUG) with the theme, “Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions by Improving Plant Efficiency” on May 29, 2015 at Midas Hotel and Casino, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, Manila.
SGS will be represented by four of its highly-integrated core services: Minerals, Environment, Industrial and Systems and Services Certification. Each business is expected to provide information on how SGS responds to the call to reduce greenhouse emissions through its various services.
Over 150 representatives from coal, energy and power sectors and industries will join the forum.
PCPUG is a non-profit organization representing companies involved in the generation of electricity in the Philippines. The organization’s vision is t o exchange technology expertise, knowledge among the coal generators in the country. It aims to promote the interests of coal plant generators in the Philippines. PCPUG members produce power from coal.
