SGS Academy Offers Training Courses for HR Practitioners
The newly renovated SGS Academy of SGS in the Philippines now offers special training courses called “Learn Benchmark Practice (LBP) Series” for Human Resources (HR) practitioners.
The first LBP series, “How to Develop Human Resources (HR) Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)" was attended by 24 HR Practitioners from various companies last October 18, 2013 at the SGS Academy, SGS Philippines, Inc. Alegria Building, 2229 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City, Philippines. The next training course, HR Succession Planning titled, “How to strengthen your talent bench?” will be held on November 7, 2013 from 2:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Other LBP series that will run this November 2013 are: How to do Strategic and Proactive Talent Acquisition? and What are the Latest Trends in HR?.
The LBP Series are learning sessions that are: Brief, Focused and Practical. It aims to enable and equip the busy HR professionals of today with useful concepts, tools, and techniques. Michelle Garcia, HR Director of SGS in the Philippines and Regional Manager for Learning and Development of East Asia designed the modules and conducts the training.
