A successful first run of a Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)
Last April 24, the virtual training adaptation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Foundation Course was conducted by SGS Academy.
The said training was attended by participants from the service sector – organizations under Construction, Education, Logistics, Professional Services.
Similar to a full day face to face execution, the training commences for 9 hours. This includes morning and afternoon breaks and a lunch break. The session was a highly engaging one with an interactive lecture using an eLearning module developed by SGS’s very own eLearning Team. Throughout the duration of the training, the video cameras of participants were enabled which helped on the monitoring of the tutor and moderator.
The virtual training was designed to help demonstrate commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, and continual improvement of quality management systems. The principles and requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard as a tool for business improvement were emphasized. Participants’ knowledge and skills were developed through an interactive and practical approach to learning.
The Virtual Led Instructor Training was facilitated through the Zoom platform - powered by Globe.
