"A Strategic Approach to Non-Conformance Management" Webinar a big success
More than 180+ clients registered for the September 24 webinar conducted via Zoom.
The webinar commenced with a one-hour in-depth discussion by Mr. Roger Villanueva, Business Director of the Knowledge Solutions division of SGS Philippines, Inc. This was followed by a 30-minute Q&A session moderated by Ms. Neli Dablio, SGS Academy Learning Services Manager and Marketing Manager of the division.

It helped clients comply better with ISO 9001:2015 by demonstrating how to handle irregularities in quality management systems (QMS) and prevent recurrence. It also aided in the review of the definitions and requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. Lastly, it offered instructions on the best practices for effective and efficient management of non-conformances.
