Knowledge Startegic Approach Non Conformance

The webinar commenced with a one-hour in-depth discussion by Mr. Roger Villanueva, Business Director of the Knowledge Solutions division of SGS Philippines, Inc. This was followed by a 30-minute Q&A session moderated by Ms. Neli Dablio, SGS Academy Learning Services Manager and Marketing Manager of the division.

The webinar covered the below topics:

  • Control of non-conforming output
  • Detection of non-conformance
  • Corrective action
  • Management of corrective action
  • Monitoring of corrective action

It helped clients comply better with ISO 9001:2015 by demonstrating how to handle irregularities in quality management systems (QMS) and prevent recurrence. It also aided in the review of the definitions and requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. Lastly, it offered instructions on the best practices for effective and efficient management of non-conformances.  


The online event was exclusive to SGS Certified clients as a value-added service focused on addressing areas in organizations which need continual improvement. It was also SGS’s way of continuously fulfilling it thrust to educate its clients and the public thru Thought Leadership in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, certification) industry.
